 This is SABIC SHEM_8.10 general EHSS rules, now changed its name to 'ST-OMS-316.1'. SABIC has developed an environmental health and safety management system for all manufacturing and business facilities and operations of SABIC and its affiliates. 

The objective of SABIC's EHSS management system, through our Safety, Health, and Environmental Management Standards (SHEMS), is to establish a world-class EHSS risk and performance framework, focused on the material aspects that we determine through our risk identification processes. 

The core and basic principles of SHEMS are:
